The house is a 3 bed mews house and has the benefit of being close to East Dulwich Lordship Lane and Peckham Rye park. The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath with two other flatmates. Ben and Harry are both early 30’s, working professional jobs, keen cyclists who also love a pub trip.

The room is great size 4.8m x 2.7m. Which means there is plenty of space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe, with space left over. The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house has already been furnished with shared bits of furniture, so that is one less thing to worry about.

Bathroom is shower/bath and shared with one other.

Travel connections via Peckham Rye or East Dulwich for Overground, Southern Trains, and Thameslink. Which means you can be into the city in 30mins.
