Hey ! I am looking for someone to fill my room in lovely East Dulwich! I am moving back to Australia in November. The room will be available from end of October (flexible).

I am prioritising getting someone who will take the room furnished and pay a discounted price for all of the furniture (pricing below).

I have three super amazing working professionals’ in their late twenties and early thirties as housemates and you would be taking over the fourth room! (hoping to get someone in that age range)
