The property is located 5 - 10 minutes walk from East Dulwich train station, and we offer a clean, bright and spacious room.

The room come with a small double bed, a desk and chair, built- in wardrobe and bedside table.

The property is well maintained and there are clean house rules to continue to maintain a comfortable and respectful living environment. No shoes located within the interior of the house would have to be left at the front door on a rack. It is located in a safe and quiet area and is very convenient to access local public transports.

We are looking for a calm, friendly and polite individual. We prefer a working professional with a stable income or a diligent student. We require that the individual respects privacy (no visitors allowed), adheres to the house rules and is considerate of other residents.

Maximum stay mentioned is for 3 months, a rolling contract that can be updated.
