Looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly and relaxed flat in East Dulwich.
Currently in the flat are 2 girls and 1 guy who are nice and easy going. The room will be available from 1st September and we are looking for a flat mate to join us (ideally a guy to keep it a good mix). We all work different hours but try to hang out when we get the chance and looking for a sociable flat mate to join us.
The room available is fully furnished with a double bed and has been recently been re-painted. The flat is over 2 levels the rooms would be on the top floor.
It also has a separate kitchen and living room, 4 double rooms and 2 bathrooms with showers one of which has a bath. The location is amazing and it's one of the reasons we all love the flat. It's located 2 minutes walk from East Dulwich station/large Sainsbury's and just a short walk to Lordship Lane which is full of pubs and restaurants.
The price includes all bills (Gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax, service charge and a weekly cleaner).
