We're looking for conscientious, clean and respectful housemate.

The property has a spacious open plan kitchen, bright, clean and fully equipped with pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2 fridge and freezer, cooker, oven, washing machine and tumble drier.

There are 2 bathroom, patio and we have a very good speed internet

Comfortable double bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, big wardrobe, bedside table, desk, chair.

The rent is £133 weekly 1 month deposit is required. One month minimum stay. One month or two weeks notice period is required/given.

The price is inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, council tax ,water and internet)
