We're looking to add a fourth flatmate to our beautiful house in East Dulwich.
We originally had four of us to move in to a great house (unfurnished) very near East Dulwich station (easy links to London Bridge), but one of us pulled out!
We are 3 easy going, sociable and friendly guys. We all work full time (creative agency x2, wine trade x1) and have a variety of interests (centered around Music, as you may have seen above...)
The rent is £600 per month before bills. It's currently unfurnished, so if you have some furniture to contribute then that's a bonus!
We need someone who's going to gel and enjoy both the chilled out quiet times and the more frenetic and sociable times!
The property has a beautiful kitchen, big living room, good sized garden (with Patio) and three toilets. It's a total winner.
