Ideally located nearby Peckham rye common and is close to both East Dulwich and Peckham Rye train stations.

The bars and shops of lordship lane are only 5minutes walk away, as is a newly renovated leisure centre and gym. There are also many bus links including 24 hour services. Directly off the gardens are the 12, 63, N63, 363, 197. The following buses are also within a 10 minute walk: 484, 37, 176, 185 and 40.

We are two outgoing and friendly professionals aged 33 and 39 who share with a fabulous ginger cat called Alvin who is also very friendly. Liking cats is a definite must!

One of us works 9-5- sometimes from home. The other works shifts which is great as there are times when you would get the flat to yourself and we are very considerate of one another’s working hours.

We both enjoy going out for dinner and drinks but are also as happy chilling at home in our pj’s with a glass of wine or 2 (and watching Netflix). We are looking for a like-minded sociable, clean and tidy professional to share our fabulous flat.
