2 Bed flat - East Dulwich

Hello, join me in my house in East Dulwich - Goose Green roundabout. Great train transport from either East Dulwich, Denmark Hill or Peckham Rye - 3 buses to central.

Living with me, Verity - very normal, not super tidy (bi-weekly cleaner) but super easy going. Would like a flatmate I can talk to, hang out with sometimes and banter with. I am active during the week, either staying late at work or out for dinner and drinks. Tend to stay in on weekends unless i'm visiting home or friends elsewhere or the sun is shining.

The living room picture is old, the art is different and the TV is bigger now. Happy for anyone who moves in to make it their home too, with decor etc.
The house is furnished but mostly with my stuff not landlords, the room has a brand new bed. but wardrobe etc can be sourced locally very cheaply if you don't have.

The flat is owned and managed by a private landlord so no huge fees and he's great and fixes/replaces anything as soon as it's an issue. We're getting band new living room and hallway carpets soon too! May be able to be flexible with the move in date.
