Seeking enthusiastic young professional to join our 4-bed semi-detached Victorian home in the lovely East Dulwich area. Situated just a 5 minute walk from the bustling hub of East Dulwich; Lordship Lane, with plenty of gastro-pubs, restaurants and both boutique and smaller chain shops to explore. Also a short walk from Peckham which has loads of good places to eat and to go out. Other amenities nearby include two gyms, cinemas, several parks and multiple super markets (including the Sainsbury’s Super Store on Dog Kennel Hill).
Ground floor, double bedroom with garden facing window available to rent from 20th August (move in date can be flexible). Bedroom comes with a double bed (There's a chest of drawers in the house at the moment that could be used to start with if needed), the rest of the house is fully furnished and kitchen is already fully kitted out.
There is a sizeable garden with lawn and patio space suitable for summer BBQs. A separate locked shed is also available for storage of bikes if required.
Good transport links via train and buses to Central London and other major transport hubs (Clapham Junction and East Croydon), including three 24 hour bus services. There is also free on-street parking on our street and surrounding streets, but no allotted spaces!
Two of the current tenants are nurses who work a variety of shifts - days, nights and weekends so someone who either works shifts themselves or understands shift working would be ideal.

Christine - Junior nurse management. Loves to travel and make the most of London living when I can. Does voluntary work at home and abroad throughout the year.
James - Works at Transport for London. Good cook, happy to make everyone dinner. Traveller, cyclist and pub quiz expert.
Emily - Works in intensive care nursing and loves working with people. Avid reader and film fan with a varied collection to browse through. Enjoys cooking and baking.

Friendly and respectful. Looking for someone who is sociable and likes to hang out occasionally but is also okay doing their own thing. Fun and open minded.
