V. Lg Dbl Room, huge shared living space & cat

We have a lovely large flat to share. The flat comprises of a large living / dining room, an additional living / study room with futon for guests. A bathroom and newly fitted spacious kitchen. We also have a garden (that’s an old pic of it, it is about to be landscaped) There are 3 bedrooms we are looking to rent the largest bedroom 4.5m x 4.5m it can be rented furnished or unfurnished (we have a double bed, dressing table and clothes rail if you need)

We are a creative couple, an artist and teacher (45 and 33 yrs old). We both make early starts and work long days, so generally come home, have dinner and chill in the evenings. We have lived here for a long time and have a good relationship with the landlord. We are looking for someone who will respect the place, cuddle our very friendly cat and be up for having a chat over a cuppa / going for a pint every now and again.
