Master bedroom

Hi, we are currently two people living in a 5 bedroom Victorian house. We have been doing a lot of works on the house and slowly it's taking shape.
There is a living room that needs to be cleared, it will most likely be ready in the next 2-3 months.
The kitchen/dining room is big and it is a good shared space for socialising.
There are two bathrooms and a toilet in the house, so... no queues in the morning and enough space for everyone's beauty products!
The room is very big (5.8 x 3.7 metres) and there will be some changes to the layout of the furniture you see in the picture: the single bed will be moved to another room and the chest of drawer will be replaced by a bigger one and some modular shelving units will be added.
About us: we both have the same name, Letizia, and we are Italian. We both work full time and when we are home we like to find a quiet place to relax. Sometimes we cook together and we have a chat over a meal, at the same time we have our own lives and respect other people privacy.
We would like to find someone who can fit with the household, not a hotel guest but someone who wants to live in a homely place.
We don't have a cleaner and we equally share the cleaning duties. We are not ocd but for the kitchen the "clean as you go" rule applies.
All the bills are included, except the electricity, usually between £4-5 a day, can vary between £30-45 each per month.
There is a good size rear garden and we look forward to having a bbq in the summer!
We don't have a private parking space but it is possible to park the car along the road, usually it is easy to find a park close to the house.
Peckham Rye and Forest Hill stations are about 10 minutes by bus; East Dulwich station is 15 minutes walking.
The area is very nice: we are in between Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye Park, walking distance from Lordship lane that has a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. If you look for bargains, Rye lane in Peckham is few stops by bus.
