This is a double room available starting immediately for 150/week. It has a double bed, 100cm cupboard, a chest of drawers and a 105cm desk. The room has a lovely and sweeping view over the Dulwich area and receives afternoon sunlight.

This flat was fully renovated 8 years earlier, with new kitchen, bathroom and room decoration. It's a lovely home and is renovated to a high standard

The flat is located in East Dulwich **SE22 8AD**. There’s a bus stop in front of the property, East Dulwich station is 5 minutes away and Denmark Hill station is 10 minutes away with overground service every 5 minutes to Whitechapel and the Jubilee line.

Rent is all-inclusive with nothing further to pay for internet, utilities or council tax.

The kitchen has appliances including a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a shower.

6 months minimum term. 1 month notice.
