A gorgeous 3 bedroom, period, second floor flat close to Peckham Rye and all of the action in East Dulwich. A Picture House cinema and an endless choice of fabulous pubs and restaurants- what more can you want?

The flat has been recently renovated and has an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with a gorgeous fireplace and exposed beams - I know, right?!... Sadly Smeg fridge not included.

THE ROOM

A great sized double room up for grabs, unfurnished but with a wardrobe for you to use. It has a lovely feature wall and little alcove where the fireplace used to be.

(the landlords are living there at the mo - hence the kids toys)

YOU

Either guy or girl. Late 20s/mid 30s. You'll be looking for a home rather than just a house. Be reasonably tidy and chip in with the house chores. Someone easy going and respectful.

Any added skills in pub quizzes, cake baking, spider catching and Netflix subscription would be a bonus.

I'm Becky, 31 and work Monday to Friday in theatre. I have lived at another property owned by the landlords for 4 years and they're swell, so this is a new move for me too.

Lizzie, 30, also a newbie, works Mon-Fri at John Lewis. She's lived in the area a while and a real PeckhamPlex champion.

We're easy going and it would be nice to hang out together when we're home, catching up over a glass of wine or beer, but equally we're sociable and often out and about.

BORING BIT

Rent is £725 per month.

Deposit is six weeks rent that will need to be paid prior to moving in. Bills are about £80/£90 per month which covers broadband, TV and all bills.

The Landlords require a reference, but there are no added fees.

Move in date is the 1st May and hoping to start viewings as soon as possible.
