Amazing flat share in East Dulwich/Peckham Rye

Hello! There is a beautiful double room available in the flat that I rent on the East Dulwich/Peckham Rye border with two bathrooms (so fantastic for two sharers, or indeed a single and a couple!) I was looking for ages before finding this place so am reluctant to lose it as it is the best place that I have ever lived. My housemate is moving to Bristol at the end of July so the room is available between 26th July-12th August for a move in date. I can be flexible.

It is huge - over 1000sq foot, with a massive lounge/dining room (currently with three sofas and a dining table) and a good sized separate kitchen. Both rooms are exactly the same size and are large doubles, and we have two bathrooms which is brilliant. It is a gated development with parking too (and room for your bike if you have one) and we love the location - a stone throw away from Peckham Rye and a 5 minute walk to buzzing Lordship Lane.

I have furnished the property so you would only need to provide a bed for your room as my current housemate is taking hers with her. If you would like to look around, I will be available from 27th June.

Couples welcome and we would split rent 60/40. I have lived with a couple in the flat before and it worked brilliantly due to the two bathrooms and massive living space.

I am a teacher, 35 years old, friendly and tidy. Looking for somebody who is sociable, easy-going and wants to make this a lovely home - it is a very happy flat with loads of space for entertaining! If you would like to rent just for mid week (for work) please let me know as we may be able to negotiate rent slightly.

We would be on a rolling contract so you would only need to give one month's notice when you wish to move out and there is an referencing fee to the letting agent of £200. Any questions, please ask!
