Come join a great house in East Dulwich!

Looking to fill a room available in a great house in East Dulwich. The room is large (hard to do it justice in photos) with high ceilings and a set of french doors that lead out to the back garden.

The location is perfect, just off Lordship Lane (by Goose Green) with its tempting selection of restaurants (including a Franco Manca, about 100m from the house...), great pubs, cafes, gyms and the Dulwich Picturehouse. For a crazier night out, Peckham is 10 minutes walk away, including Franks (in the summer) and the Bussey Building. Brixton is a 15 minute bus ride away and buses go from the end of the road. Buses also go right to the Strand/Trafalgar Square 24 hours a day, taking about 35 mins (in good traffic). East Dulwich train station is 4 minutes walk from the house and runs to London Bridge every 15 mins. Trains from Peckham Rye go to Canada Water, Victoria and Shoreditch High Street every 15 mins too.

The Property is a big townhouse, with a good size living room, nice open kitchen (with gas cooker)/dining area and a garden at the back. There are actually 5 bedrooms, but only 4 are rented (extra room doubles as a laundry room and storage). There are 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. We have all the mod cons with wifi, Netflix, Sky TV and that sort of thing. Bills come to roughly £120 per month, which also includes a cleaner once a week.

We are a group of working professionals generally working 9-6 through the week. We like to socialise together from time to time, particularly at the local pub. At the same time we're all pretty busy so respect each other's privacy.
