The room, which has recently been repainted, is furnished with double bed, bedside drawers and wardrobe, with a disused fireplace.

The flat has one other bedroom, which is mine, a toilet and shower, and an open plan kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table and folding dining table.

There is a 32inch tv with Sky Q Entertainment Package and Xbox/DVD player. The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven, blenders, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There is also attic space for storage.

The flat is off East Finchley High Road, about a 10 minute walk from East Finchley Station (Northern Line) and close to several bus routes. It’s also a short walk from Muswell Hill, so there are plenty of supermarkets, pubs, cafes around.

I am an actor and teacher, so I am sometimes away on tour, but for the most part I am an early bird.
