I've had a few very messy flatmates so here it goes. Expectations are:  I have a quite high standard of being clean and tidy but not OCDish. Please, you will not be shy with cleaning/washing up after yourself in a timely fashion, are tidy, fully house trained, self aware and considerate in shared spaces. No tolerance for messiness and laziness in communal areas and the same applies for me.  Also someone who respects privacy and not hogging bathroom, TV or washing machine . I am Irish, a very cheerful upbeat and positive person, easy to get on with but take pride in keeping my living space clean and tidy.
I am not noisy, don't have parties, or slam doors but hoping you are not over sensitive to normal 'living' noises e. g: kitchen, TV/radio/music, etc.  Some noise does carry in the flat. Also I appreciate no loud pining of phones in the living room. Applies to me too.

Prefer someone who does not work from home due to high bills. I can accept one day wfh

Would like to find someone who is busy and has their own social life.  I love going to the gym, concerts, exhibitions and travel.   I work in media - regular office hours.
 
Fine with a smoker but no smoking cigarettes inside.  I am a moderate vaper and vape in the flat.
