Large double room

Hi,

I’m Lucy the live in landlord. I’m an accountant (don’t let that put you off) for a chain of bars.

The flat is on the top floor of 3. My sister and I bought it a few years ago and have painted, scrubbed the floors and put a new kitchen in.

The room on offer is a very spacious double room. It has a triple wardrobe, a set of draws and 2 bedside tables.

If I’m in, which hugely varies week to week, I’m normally in the living room watching something on Netflix’s or Disney. I love to cook and bake. The table sits 8 and I love to have people round and play host but it’s not that regular. I have a fairly active social life so I can be out the city every few weekends.

I would like a flat mate who will sit down and have a natter but keeps the communal areas clean.

The station is a 15 to 20 minute walk or there is a Bus stop a 3 minute walk away that then takes 5 minutes.

Local shops include Budgens And a Coop.
