There is an open fire in large sitting room, piano, kitchen with sit down table. Fibre Optic Broadband. Living with single professional female who owns flat and lives in other bedroom. I have a cat, Jack, who is 14 yrs old and very friendly (doesn't malt or use a cat litter as he goes outside). Please do not respond unless you like cats and are not allergic. There is also a possibility of me working away so would really like someone who would feed Jack and we can discuss how this would work financially. 3 min walk to tube. 20 mins into Central London. Walking distance to Muswell Hill and Hampstead. Nice safe neighbourhood.

No front access so you have to walk around the back via an alley way. Flat is also above a shop on high road. So even though I have triple glazing there is a little traffic noise
