1 month sublet, single room in east finchley

Hi guys,

My single room in East Finchley (zone three, northern line) is available for a sublet from beginning of December till the beginning of January, as I will be going to my parents for the christmas period. I've left exact dates vague due to current lockdown but I can be very flexible. I will accept shorter lets of at least two weeks.

Would suit a student/professional in their twenties or early thirties, looking for a place to stay whilst on the hunt for something more permanent. I will provide some storage space and clean bedding, in exchange for you giving my plants a water!

The flat itself has a shared bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a big comfy living room with balcony. There is plenty of free parking next to the flat too.

I have three flatmates, although one of them will be with their parents for the duration. Ideally you'll be easy-going and sociable as we all get on really well and spend time together when we can (which is all day, every day right now haha).

Rent £550 p/month, bills and broadband inc. Rent will be calculated pro rata. Will be asking for a £200 security deposit.
