Bright Double Bedrooms available - short stay

Short stay - around 3-4 months (flexible)

My beautiful room becomes available for a short stay . I have put the 21st as an entry date but I am flexible about it.
For personal reasons I need to leave London for a while and I would like someone to substitute me for a while in this beautiful flat.

The room is very bright and cozy. It has laminate flooring, furnished with a double bed, drawers under the bed, wardrobe and desk with comfortable chair and amazing monitor. There are two windows, south-west facing. The room has an en-suite bathroom with window. It is on the first floor and has direct access to the garden. There aren’t any other floors.

My flatmate, Paula is Portuguese and works as a fashion designer in the city. There is very positive and respectful vibe in this house. We like to share and to have our own private time. We are very collaborative and opened. We also have a cat that is very independent, named Luna.

The house is 7 minutes walk from East Finchley underground stop, but incredibly quiet because it’s not located on the high street.
Supermarkets and shops are all very close in walking distance, there are also many restaurants and pubs around. There are plenty of parks around us where I usually run or just stroll to get some fresh air. Muswell Hill/ Ally Pally is a 15 minutes walk and it’s a nice area to hang out with friends and have a drink while looking at London from the top.

Included in the rent:
- Council tax, internet, water
- Cleaner coming every week

If you love plants I’m happy to leave mine else Paula will take care of them.
Smoking only allowed outside.
