I am a fairly private but sociable person. It is a beautiful maisonette with a pretty back garden. Great neighbours and very friendly street. Gas, electricity and internet are covered by Utility Warehouse. I also have a cleaner that comes twice a month. The gardener and window cleaner come every other month or so.
