Very big Double room available in a shared flat (all professionals) only 10 minutes walk from East Finchley underground station. Private balcony, shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The room is only suitable for a non-smoker who is clean, tidy and willing to share cleaning of the flat with others. Strictly no pets. Rent is inclusive of water bill and council tax; electricity and gas are shared equally between the 4 tenants. One month deposit and 1 month rent will be required in advance.
