Room with balcony available

Three bedroom flat with two students currently living. Room available has a walk out balcony. Utility room in flat as well as an under stair storage room. Spacious kitchen and living room spaces too. The area is East Finchley, around a ten minute walk to the station. Current flatmates are two students who will be there the majority of the time due to studies being online. Super friendly girls and have great house keeping skills. I have videos of the whole property so feel free to drop me a message so you can see them as videos aren’t allowed to be uploaded only photos! Will be moving out around the 7th of april will happily update anyone who is interested when i know for sure when i can go and collect my stuff (( travelling long distance so need to rent a vehicle )). The tenancy runs out at the 31st of august!
