5 Minute walk from bustling East Finchley highstreet and less than 10 minute walk from East Finchley northern line station.

You will be sharing the space with myself, I am a 27 year old Vet student looking to live with someone like-minded to get on well with and enjoy sharing this space. Hopefully a friend, not just a flatmate. I am friendly and sociable, and then also enjoy some quiet downtime after work.

I have recently acquired 2 guinea pigs who have a cage in the living room - so must be animal friendly.

Bills will likely add on 100-150 a month at current energy rates.

Will save on Council tax if you're a fellow student, but not necessary.
