Spacious Room in East Finchley

Hi, I’m Corry and Vy, and we are excited to welcome a new flatmates to our cosy flat share. The flat is just a 5-minute walk from East Finchley station, and only 15 minutes to Euston by tube. Even though we’re so well-connected, the neighborhood is wonderfully peaceful and green, with Highgate Woods, Alexandra Palace, and Hampstead Heath nearby—great for walks, runs, or lazy weekend picnics.

You’ll find everything you need on the High Road—Post Office, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, and plenty of charming cafes, pubs, and takeaways that we love to explore. There is also Waitrose and M&S not far. There are also fantastic places to work out, like Hot Yoga, PureGym, and Hampstead Heath Ponds.

Room (En-Suite)
If you’re after space and privacy, this room is a treat. It’s the largest in the flat, has its own en-suite bathroom, and gets beautiful afternoon and evening light from its northwest-facing windows. Plenty of space to make it your own little haven.

Shared Spaces
Our open-plan kitchen and living room are the heart of the flat. It’s a warm and welcoming space where we cook, chat, or just relax on the sofa. The flat has all the essentials—oven, washing machine, and everything you need for a comfortable home.

Bills
They come to around £150-160 per month per person, covering WiFi, utilities, council tax, and a cleaner who comes twice a month to keep things fresh.

About You
We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, and who enjoys a calm, friendly atmosphere. It’s important to mention we have a no-drugs or smoking policy, and while some of us don’t drink, alcohol is fine—this just isn’t a party flat, more of a relaxed, cozy home.

A Little About Us
Corry works in medical supplies and split my time between home and the office. I love staying active—cycling, mindfulness, and enjoying nature keep me grounded. I’m always up for a weekend adventure or a quiet evening in and some boogie from time to time!

Vy has just arrived from Sydney and she is starting her new job in January. She loves food, travels and wholesome time. Good vibes.
