Double Room In East Finchley

Hello!

We're three gals looking for a fourth to join us in our left-wing and LGBTQIA+ friendly home! You'd be living with Beth, 26 (she/they), Pippa, 26 (she/her) and Rebecca, 31 (she/her).

We all have a range of different interests (reading, cheesy Hallmark films, plants, cooking, music, gaming, art) and would be looking for someone who's willing to make themselves at home in our eclectic chosen family!

The room available is a large double with space for a bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelves etc. It's a really great size so definitely suitable for anyone who works from home or just has a lot of possessions! It comes furnished already though if you needed anything removing or completely unfurnished we could definitely check with the landlord.

We have a shared living room, two separate bathrooms and a kitchen. Although there's no garden access, there's loads of amazing parks nearby.

We're located around 5 minutes walk from East Finchley station and just off the high street which has a Sainsburys and some other shops. We're on the Northern Line which is great for getting into central, about 20 minutes to Leicester Square. There's also a bigger Sainsburys, Tesco and an Aldi a short bus ride away.

Bill's aren't included but come to approx £100 max each month in the winter, less in the summer. There would also be a deposit of around £900 a month (exact cost to be confirmed). We'd be looking for someone to move in from March 1st and sign on for 1 year.
