Location:
Great location with access to the Northern Line literally 20 seconds away. All amenities nearby, safe area and some really great local cafes/eateries. Muswell hill is also short 15min walk away if you need some baked goods!

Current housemates are very warm and welcoming, so it shouldn't be too difficult settling in to this area.

The room:
Partially furnished super large double room with integrated wardrobe. You will be able to fit pretty much everything you need and more. You will share a bathroom (wet room!) with just one other who does not work from home.

The room comes with bed/mattress, bedside table, integrated wardrobe and TV stand.

Some of the furniture in the images belong to the current housemate. On request, they are willing to part with them. See end of advert.

Theres a also a large living room that is not in the pictures.
Bills breakdown per month per person:
Gas & electricity - £60-£100 (depends on usage and season)
Council Tax - £52
Cleaner - £23.32
Internet - £13.66 (fast!)
Total = £167 (on average)

What we're looking for:
Very simply, a professional who isn't a nut case that can respect others, cleans as they go and can follow simple house rules.

We cannot accept couples, kids or anyone with pets unfortunately.

Other than that, someone who can just have a little laugh and a giggle here and there wouldn't hurt!

Process:
If that all sounds good, get in contact via Spare Room and you'll speak to the current flatmate (Ros) that is leaving, and then have a little chat with the flatmates that you'll be living with. After viewing, we'll get back to you if we think you're suitable!
