We're looking for a new housemate in East Finchley to join our 4 bedroom flat. The room is a very spacious double room at £630pcm (4.3m X 5.4m). Share of bills is approx £120-130pcm (council tax, gas, electricity, water and internet). We have a washing machine and dishwasher. The main bathroom is shared between the 3 downstairs rooms.

Current housemates include Simon, Emily and Rachel. The flat is large and spread over two floors.

There’s a very spacious living room upstairs with comfy sofas and a dining table, plus space to chill out or work from home if required.

We have super fast fibre broadband and a 50 inch smart tv in our living room.

We're a 6 minute walk to the Northern line, 5 minutes to the High Road (with a local Sainsbury’s, Iceland, restaurants and pubs) and the house is situated on a quiet residential road.

We're also a short bus journey or 20 minute walk to Muswell Hill, Alexandra Palace and Highgate Village (great pubs!). Hampstead Heath is also about 15 minutes away.

The rent is paid direct to the landlord. We’re looking for someone to move in on 1 December.
