Double room in a lovely 4 bed house

Hi!

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and non-smoking female housemate for a double room.

The double room is £850/month with bills included.

The room will be fully furnished as per video but can also be unfurnished if needed. A wardrobe can be installed if required.

The house comprises of a communal kitchen, living room, bathroom with a shower (to be shared between yourself and 2 of the other current housemates) garden and drive with plenty of free parking in the area.

I currently live in the house myself, working as a pilot with a 5 on/4 off roster. The other two housemates are professionals working Mon-Fri with a mix of WFH and office work throughout the week. We’re a very chilled and outgoing household, however cleanliness is a must for us and we are very open to people from different professions and backgrounds.

We are a 15 minute walk from East Finchley Station and a 5 min walk from the 143 bus stop. A walk into East Finchley takes around 15 minutes where you can find some grocery options, cafes and restaurants.
