Spacious En-Suite Room in East Finchley – £1010, all bills included

Hi! We’re looking for a new housemate (female only) as one of ours is moving out.

The Room: 

Bright double room with high ceilings, large window, and your own en-suite (shower, toilet, basin).

The Flat & Housemates:

You’ll be living with Megan (27, public service) and Chloe (29, NHS). We’re easy-going, social, enjoy a pub trip/exploring London, but also value downtime.
The flat has a spacious open living/dining area, well-equipped kitchen, TV space, plus a small garden.

Location

10–12 min walk to East Finchley tube (Northern line – 20 mins to TCR). There’s also a bus that goes to the station from right outside the flat, on rainy days!

Shops and cafés within an easy walk, and a bakery right on the doorstep.

Costs
Currently, with bills, the room comes to £933 per month, however rent is likely to increase by about £80 per person from December, bringing it to a total of £1,010 all bills included. Full breakdown below!

Who We’re Looking For

Someone friendly, tidy, and independent, who’s mostly out at work (not WFH full-time please!). Social but chilled – we’d love someone on the same wavelength.

Move-In

15th Sept (12-month contract), with flexibility to move in slightly earlier if needed.
