1 easy-going fun flat mate.

I'm looking for someone to take over my ex-flatmate's contract and stay on longer-term in this beautiful flat in a quiet neighbourhood, located just a 5 minute walk from East Finchley station, (which is on the night tube). The bedroom is a great size – spacious - perfect to WFH and you’ll have your own bathroom.

My ideal flat mate is tidy, clean, friendly and considerate, with the same mindset as me – working hard, and also making the most of what this great city has to offer.

A little bit about me --- I'm easy-going and fun to live with. I'm considerate, kind and playful. During the week, I'll work hard, mostly from home (I work from my room), and in the evenings I'll often head to the gym or a martial arts class. I'm the sort of person who'll ask how your day was and will put your plate in the dishwasher for you. I eat healthily but can usually be persuaded to bend the rules. I'm chatty, enjoy meeting new people and having new experiences. I have an active social life, meeting up with friends regularly. I enjoy going out to bars, restaurants, comedy clubs, live music, food markets, exhibitions, going dancing, and cycling. I tend to go out more than I entertain at home, but I'll occasionally have friends round for a pizza or put on a wine tasting evening. You'd of course be welcome to do the same. I also enjoy an occasional lazy Sunday watching a drama or rom-com at home.

There’s a shared living room and kitchen.

There’s plenty of privacy and storage space.

There's even a balcony, great for chilling out on in the warm summer evenings.

The 3rd bedroom is an empty spare room, great for when you have family or friends stay over. Mostly, it is used for storage and hanging laundry.

The grounds of the property are tidy and well-kept with communal gardens.

The flat is very close to the station (5minutes) and to the high street with all the amenities you’d expect to see like pubs, restaurants, nail bars, supermarkets etc. The nearest park is a 5 minute walk away with another one just 10mins away. The flat is very close to Muswell Hill and Highgate.

Rent is £1125 + bills.
The room is currently unfurnished, but if furnishing is an issue, we can discuss with the landlord.
