Double bedroom available in East Finchley from June 30th. Taking over my share of joint tenancy.

The double room available is the biggest in the house. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, shoe rack and a desk with a stool. There is also additional storage space in the house.
You are welcome to bring additional furniture to store in the bedroom, if you would like.

The property has high ceilings, is spacious and bright throughout. The kitchen is large, with a dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and all appliances.

The bathroom has a shower/bath along with additional storage outside for cosmetics.

The property has excellent transport links including a 3 minute walk to East Finchley tube station (northern line, High Barnet branch) and several buses such as the 102. As well as transport, super markets and restaurants are shared on the same road.

The neighbourhood is safe and friendly.

You will be sharing the house with two professional women. We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy. As well as enjoying our own company, we do enjoy socialising together with movie nights, wine, or heading out to the near by park (5 minute walk).

The rent is due the 15th of every month. Bills are not included in the rent, it usually comes to £80/£100 a month depending on the time of year. This includes wifi, gas, water, electricity and council tax.
**You will be taking over my share of a joint tenancy that I have signed up to November. **
From November the contract can then be renewed.
