Peaceful, spacious, cozy flat on Northern line

Two bedrooms available in East Finchley (North London) just 5 mins from the tube, from 7th Aug (a little flexible on this!) through 6th April (with possibility to extend).

I’m SO excited to find my next fantastic flatmates for our lovely & bright 3b 1ba, spacious ground-floor flat! All viewings ideally before 20th June.

It’s important to me to find the right fit to create a peaceful, positive, comfortable, beautiful home together. My ideal would be other actors and filmmakers so we can support each other, help with self-tapes, collab, network, and build a thriving creative community!

• 5 min walk to East Finchley tube

• 15 min by tube to Central London (so convenient)

• Less than 10 min walk to East Finchley High Street with everything you need! I love it.

• 10 min bus to Highgate & Muswell Hill (thrifitng and celeb spotting is prime; ended up shopping at Sainsbury's with James McAvoy my first week here!) 🤩

• Less than a 20 min walk to Hampstead Heath/Kenwood House!

THE FLAT

• Super bright & spacious, and one of only two flats in the building with a sunny balcony that opens up straight onto the communal garden (away from the street, super quiet) with massive trees! There are so many roses blooming outside right now - it’s just stunning!

• Mostly unfurnished: almost everything you see in the photos will be going except for the sofa and dining chairs (both could also go if you’ll be bringing some you’d prefer!) so you’re welcome to bring whatever you’d like!

• Kitchen has most of the basics: dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster.

• I just bought a brand new linen, machine-washable shower curtain. We love the natural fabrics, ya’ll.

• Cleanliness is super important to me so I’m looking for flatmates that also value a clean, tidy, beautiful home.

• Respect for living with others is also a top priority, so making sure we’re cleaning up after ourselves and being cognisant of noise levels and personal belongings in common areas, please!

ABOUT ME

30 y. o. Actor + Director from the U. S. I love yoga, hiking, community, chatting about film & tv (obvi), binge-watching shows and nostalgic movies, history, aesthetics, magic/witchiness, working towards my goals, deep connection with other humans, good conversation over a pint at a pub, and seeing the beauty of the UK and Europe! I work remotely part-time from my room, and will likely be getting another part-time job outside the home soon.
