15 minute walk to East Finchley station, with easy access to the 263 bus (among others). Located a 10-15 minute walk away from a large leisure complex with restaurants, cinema and leisure centre. Walking distance to Alexandra Palace and Muswell Hill.
We are preferably looking for a female flatmate, as the existing flatmates are female. One of us works from a lab and the other works from home. We are not a party flat but enjoy spending time with each other, going to the pub and other activities, and occasionally going out.
The flat is located just off the high road in East Finchley, and is located near a library, cafes, charity shops, and pubs, within walking distance of a tesco express, Sainsbury’s local and budgens. Aldi, Waitrose, a big sainsburys and a big tesco can also all be accessed by walking or by bus.
Room rent is £960 with gas included, other bills work out to ~£90 a month each (council tax band D). Unfortunately a double bed frame is not provided.
