Room for rent in cosy neighbourhood

My current flatmate is moving out for work so their room will be available from the 6th September.

Some details about the room/flat:
- Decently sized and furnished room w/ double bed and desk
- Shared bathroom but you're only sharing with one other person (me!)
- Decently sized communal area which is a combined living room and kitchen
- The flat is on the first floor of a semi-detached house
- Rent is £910, and with bills it's roughly £1.1k per calendar month

We're located in a very suburban and family oriented area, so if you're looking for somewhere that's quiet and safe then look no further. We've also got decent transport links, with the nearest bus stop around a 5 min walk and the nearest tube station around a 15 min walk. The East Finchley high street is about a 12 min walk away which has all the stores you'd need for your weekly grocery shop.

A little bit about me: I'm a 27 year old professional working in the public sector. I love a good chitchat but also respect the need for quiet downtime. I'm not overly particular about who my future flatmate is: all I ask is that you're tidy and respectful of our shared living space :)
