Bright double room all inc, short term welcome

Double sized, bright room in a ground floor maisonette.
Available from around 6th of November possibly sooner.

Room would be ideal for someone who works/studies away from home-goes to an office so such.
In other words not working from home really, tho I'd consider it.
Non smokers please.
It's a quiet household, I am a live in landlady.
There's no shared lounge.
There's a shared kitchen and bathroom.

In the mornings, I'd need the kitchen to ourselves- preparing hot food for daughter's school lunches. Small kitchen, morning chsos:)
Overall, would fit someone who'd require only light kitchen use, without early morning kitchen use.

There can be a kettle, toaster in the lodger bedroom, possibly a microwave if you like.
I'll probably provide a small fridge in the room too for convenience, while a drawer in the freezer can be available in the kitchen and a shelf in the main fridge.

There's another female lodger living with us but in a self-contained room, so doesn't use any shared spaces. The only shared space is the front door and a couple of steps beyond the door, I hardly ever see her, she's in her private room.

Due to recent short notice financial let down regarding child maintenance, I've been forced to let out our bedroom, which my daughter and I normally share.

I'm still in the process of moving our stuff from the bedroom step by step, we'll be staying in a much smaller lounge at the back of the flat. Almost done.

Note-some of our unused belongings will stay in the bedroom put well away- not needing regular access to them, if any in months.

You'll have the tall built in wardrobe on the right available, and shelving, bay window desk, shoe pockets.% by the bedroom door.
The desk is huge and sunny all day!

The room is pretty freed up now, only need to still remove some bits from under the bed, and switch the bed around.
In the photo the bed is 180x200cm size but will be regular double 140x200 in the same frame with a new foam mattress.

As normal, rent and deposit is settled prior to moving in for remainder of October and on the 28th of each (inc October) rent is paid for the month ahead. Please note the room is let on a calendar months basis. Minimum of one calendar months notice applies when moving out. Last months rent is still paid, the security deposit is not to be confused with last months rent.
