Large double near East Finchley Station

Hi everyone! I’m leaving London in October, so I’m looking for someone to take over the lease of my room

🏠 It’s in a 2 bedroom flat, which is on a second floor. It’s got a shared bathroom (with a bath!), large living room, kitchen, and balcony.

📍It’s located a 10 min walk from East Finchley station (Northern line, so you’ve got the night tube), and the neighbourhood is nice and there’s lots to do (shops, cafés, pizzerias, pubs, parks, etc)!

🛏 The room is a spacious double. It’s quiet, faces some gardens, and gets lots of natural light during the day. It also comes with the amazing wardrobe in the pic!

🧍‍♀️About housemates, you’d just be sharing with one person, Suri, who’s 31, Argentinean, and works from home in sales. We’ve had a really nice household and I’m sad to go - she’s friendly, tidy and easy-going!

💰 Rent is £800, bills are £171, and it is available from Oct 1 (date is somewhat flexible). The contract runs until March 2025, and then you’d have the option of renewing.
