1 additional room with a sofa bed, perfect as a guest or third double room (currently used as an office/everything room but can easily be set up as a fourth bedroom, or we can move the sofa bed into the toddler room and remove the toddler bed for the duration of the stay).
Close to Amenities:
5-minute walk to shops, cafes, and restaurants on East Finchley High Street
15-minute walk to vibrant Muswell Hill
Excellent bus routes at the end of the road
Cherry Tree Wood just around the corner for those peaceful, green escapes.
Schools Nearby: Walking distance to many local schools.
Rental Details:
£3200 per month + energy bills and council tax (Band F Barnet Council). We are only renting as a whole house and not interested in subletting individual rooms.
This is our family home so we would prefer a family to stay, it is most definitely not a party house.
Tenants responsible for council tax and energy bills
One month’s deposit (returned upon payment of final energy bill)
