The doubleroom available includes a double bed, a desk with chair, a mirror, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also additional storage space in the house.
You are welcome to bring additional furniture to store in the bedroom, if you would like.

The property has high ceilings, is spacious and bright throughout. The kitchen is large, modern. It has a dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all appliances.
The bathroom has a shower/bath along with additional storage outside for cosmetics/products.

The property has excellent transportation links; it is located just 1-2 minutes by foot from East Finchley Tube Station (northern line, 24h during weekends), and several buses including 102.

It is also next to all local amenities: supermarkets are located on street, as well as several shops, coffee places (including Costa Coffee & Caffè Nero), dry cleaners, pharmacies, and many more. Pure Gym is at 20 min walking distance.

The neighbourhood is safe and friendly.

You will be sharing the house with two professional women. We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy. We respect each other space, but we are also up for movie nights, drinking some wine, heading out to the nearby park (5mins walk), and generally spend time together.
The rent is due the 15th of every month. Bills are not included in the rent, it usually come up around £80/£100 per month, depending on the time of the year; this includes WiFi, gas, water, electricity and council tax. We are waiting on confirmation of rent from the landlord but it is likely to be around £735
