2 rooms available in East Finchley flat

We have two rooms available starting from next week. The flat is well maintained, only 3 min away from East finchley station (on the Northern line).

It's a very peaceful area, with lots of shops and cafes, and within a 20 min walking distance to Muswell Hill, Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath.

There is one other person living in the flat. The previous girls were
both professional, friendly but also respectful of our space. And I'm looking for someone similar, who's clean, organised and considerate.

The bills are around £90 monthly. The water bill is around £60 every 6 months.
