Bright, double bedroom in ground floor flat in East Finchley. The lodger will often have the flat to themselves due to me being away studying for a master's degree in music therapy. The slightly higher rent price reflects this benefit for the lodger. When I am there, I have a lovely well behaved and quiet golden retriever who loves everyone! She is not allowed on beds and only jumps onto her blanket on the sofa when invited.

The flat has its own private front garden and entrance, and consists of a spacious living room (comfortable sofa, log burning stove, piano and TV), bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen and private well-kept back garden complete with garden furniture in the summer months. It is a 6-minute walk to the tube and 2-minute walk to the High Road where there are many shops and restaurants.

I keep the flat clean and tidy and look after it well, this is important to me. I am sociable but not a party animal; the flat is quiet for a lot of the time and certainly at night. I am very fond of the area I live in; there is a community feel and I feel safe. The street is well lit and there is on street parking.

All bills included in rent except for gas and electricity which is currently £33 month for a lodger.
