Double room to rent in East Finchley station

I am moving out of my flat, however still have one month left on my tenancy so looking for someone to stay for up to 1 month (flexible on move in date, move out by 25th December).

The flat is modern and well maintained, only 3 min away from East Finchley station (on the Northern line).

It's a very peaceful area, with lots of shops and cafes, and within a 20 min walking distance to Muswell Hill, Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath.
There is one other person living in the flat, she is a working professional, friendly and clean - we are looking for someone similar, who's clean, organised and considerate.
