Room to let in East Finchley £690 ex bills

Hi we have a lovely double room to rent in a friendly flatshare in East Finchley. The room is on the middle floor of a 3 floor property (our flat is the top 2 levels).

Large room with 2 windows so plenty of natural light. Bills are separate and come in at approx £110 per month. Living with 3 others, currently 2 girls and a guy. We are ideally looking for another guy to keep the gender balance. We generally all work Mon-Fri with one of us working from home part of the week. The flat benefits from a huge living room which we like to hang out in when we're in - unfortunately though the housemate who is leaving is taking the TV :(
Would love to find someone that is easy to get along with and up for the occasional drink/chat.

The house is in a great location.. 3 min walk to tube, 2 mins to High St. Cherry tree park about 100yards away.

Downside is that there is a £200 agency fee to pay.. Annoying we know! But even with this we still feel that it's a decent price for the room and area.
