- Fully furnished bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bedside table included

- You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls

- Rent is £780 pcm excl bills (which come to around £100 a month including council tax) and the deposit is £900

The lease runs until May, with the option for a rolling contract thereafter! The landlady is super lovely and always ready to help when needed. She is open to redrawing the contract for a new 12 month period.
