We have a room available from the first week of December in our 4-bed, 3-bath house in East Finchley! 🏡 We're looking for a fun and friendly working professional female, aged 22-30 (sorry, no students!).

A bit about the place:

- Fully furnished bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bedside table included
- 10 minute walk from East Finchley Station
- We’re looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and can be a friend, not just a housemate
- You'll be sharing a bathroom with two others
- Lease runs until May, with the option for a rolling contract thereafter
- Rent is £750 pcm excl bills (which come to around £100 a month including council tax) and the deposit is £865.38

There is an optional IKEA Kallax shelving unit exiting housemate is selling for £60 but if not interested will be removed when moving in!
