Double room available in North London in a beautiful 3 floor house, 3 bathrooms, lovely sized garden and cleanly kept kitchen. Rent is £698, with bills it is around £819. We are a very friendly group of 3 girls who are up for socialising but equally value and respect each others space.

One of our housemates is moving out, so we are now looking for a new girl between 25-32 y. o. who is not a student to join our lovely home. We are all very tidy and respectful of each other, and very much looking forward to meeting you!

Room is unfurnished with built-in wardrobes, ideally looking for someone to buy bed frame, bed mattress, study desk&chair, and little shelf from previous housemate.

Viewing on the week commencing 6th January, with a tentative move-in date between 18th and 31st January.
