Cosy room in friendly East Finchley flat

Hi all! We, Alice and Camille, are looking for a third girl to join our calm and friendly flat, just five minutes from East Finchley station.

The room available includes a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Although there is no desk in the room, there is a desk in the living room, from which you're welcome to work from home.

We also have plenty of extra storage around the house, including a wardrobe on the landing, cabinets downstairs, and a large cupboard under the stairs. You're welcome to bring any extra furniture for your room if you like :)

The flat has high ceilings, is spacious, and gets lots of natural light. The kitchen is modern and large, with a dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and all the usual appliances. The bathroom has a shower/bath, and there’s extra space outside the bathroom for your cosmetics and other products.

Transport wise, we're also very well connected. The flat is located just 3 minutes by foot from East Finchley Tube Station (northern line, 24h during weekends), and several buses including 102.

The neighborhood is safe and has all the local amenities you'd need – supermarkets, shops, coffee places (including Costa Coffee & Caffè Nero and the lovely independent Campbell and Syme), dry cleaners, pharmacies, and more. We even have the Phoenix cinema and a yoga studio next door. There are two PureGyms and a Pilates studio a 20-minute walk away.

You’ll be living with two professional women, Alice and Camille. Alice, 27, is a primary school teacher who enjoys sewing, life drawing, going to art exhibitions, baking, and (when she is feeling brave) a swim in the Hampstead ponds. Camille, 33, works in a womenswear store and enjoys listening to kpop, going to concerts and going to sample sales. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, clean, and tidy. We both have very sociable jobs so we respect each other's space when we need to wind down, but we’re also down for chats, movie nights, a glass of wine, and just generally enjoying time together. :)

The rent is due on the 15th of each month. Bills aren’t included in the rent but typically come to around £80-£100 per month, depending on the time of year. This covers WiFi, gas, water, electricity, and council tax.
