Large sunny room in East Finchley

This is a bright and spacious room with a large south-facing window. It also comes with a small balcony. Most of the essential furniture is already provided.
The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with three Japanese housemates (two men and one woman). One person is scheduled to move out in February 2025, so we are looking for someone to move in from March 1st.
The kitchen has recently been renovated.

Although everyone has different schedules, we often meet and chat in the living room, creating a friendly atmosphere. Please note that one of the housemates smokes in the living room. This room would be ideal for smokers or those who don’t mind. (There is no smoking in individual rooms, so there is no lingering smell.)

Location
The flat is located in a quiet residential area in East Finchley, a family-friendly and safe neighborhood with a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
The property faces a wide road with regular traffic, so you can feel safe walking home even after dark.
It is about a 10–15 minute walk from East Finchley Station, and there is also a bus stop (Chandos Road) right in front of the flat. From East Finchley, you can take the Northern Line directly to Central London, which takes about 30–40 minutes.

The area has plenty of convenient shops and amenities, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, dry cleaners, pubs, and restaurants, making it easy to shop and dine out.
The flat is on the third floor.
