Are you looking for a gorgeous bright double bedroom in a safe, leafy green neighbourhood with easy public transport links into central London?
Welcome to our beautiful flat. I have lived here for 5 years now, and it's been such a wonderful home, but I am moving on to the next stage of my life and looking for someone to take the room and make it their own.
We have a lovely big living room, kitchen and private balcony as well as a communal garden that is maintained by the building. The flat has been loved and kept in great condition and looking for someone to do the same.
My flatmate is a working professional, absolutely lovely, respectful and really easy to live with!

I am looking to sublet my room unfurnished (except for the inbuilt wardrobes - loads of storage space, they are brilliant) from the beginning of April until mid July when our tenancy runs out. At that point there would be an option to extend and sign the lease for another year if you would like! My flatmate would love to stay, so anyone who is looking for somewhere more long term that would be great. If you would only like up until mid July, please do get in touch as I am keen to have the room filled either way!
Rent is £750 + bills are £170, so total £920 per month.
