Partial Week Room Available in E. Finchley Area

(Please note that I will only respond to enquiries for partial week only and those age 35 +.) This is for a lovely, spacious (65M2) 2 bed flat between E. Finchley and Highgate with a 16M2 double bedroom I could make available part week. Price can be negotiated depending on number of days needed. Bills and Council Tax (Band B) included. I would rearrange the room to include a bed. The bathroom is shared - I don't spend a lot of time in there. The living room and kitchen are also shared.

The flat is on the ground floor of a 1920-30's building, with direct access to communal gardens and easy walking access to buses and Highgate and E. Finchley tubes. The flat is very peaceful and quiet.

I live here full time with 2 cats and am quiet, friendly, creative and enjoy conversation. Am not strict vegan or veggie, and sometimes eat fish, but would prefer to avoid fast/cheap meat eating here. I speak Spanish & French as well.
